Christos Zenios was born in Cyprus and completed his studies in British Universities. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s Degree in Counselling from the Universities of Coventry and Derby, respectively. He is also a Candidate Doctor at the University of Central Lancashire.
Christos is a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the Cyprus Council for Psychologists (SEPS).
Christos provides support to people since 2011. He has clinical experience addressing the following:
Depression, anxiety, anger, phobias, traumas, abuse, addictions, chronic illnesses, self-harm, separation, and bereavement.
The approach that Christos implements is evidence-based and can meet your individual needs. He can offer a safe and comfortable environment, where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. He will help you discover your strength and manage any issue that concerns you.
Apart from therapeutic services, Christos also delivers teaching to students in different universities in Cyprus and abroad. He can provide his services in both English and Greek.
